Detection reaches 950 metres at 100 kHz (100 klx, 10% reflectivity), with an adjustable pulse rate that adapts to your specific scenario. At operating altitudes of 300–500 metres, the L3 delivers wide single-flight coverage and exceptional mapping efficiency — fewer flights, more data.
Where the L3 truly stands apart is its 0.25 mrad beam divergence — roughly one-fifth the spot size of the L2. That precision means fine objects like power lines and branches are detectable with confidence, while higher energy density drives deeper vegetation penetration and greater ground point density for accurate reconstruction of complex terrain.
With up to 2 million pulses per second and 16 returns, the L3 captures rich, detailed point clouds even in the most demanding environments. Three scanning modes — Linear, Star-Shaped, and Non-Repetitive — give operators the flexibility to optimise for straight-line corridors, circular surveys, or complex restricted areas.
The dual 100MP RGB cameras with a 107° horizontal field of view mean you can capture both DOM and DEM data in a single flight with just 20% LiDAR side overlap. Less time in the air, more complete data on the ground.
